Perfect Image Health & Beauty was founded in 1989 by Mel Boothman-Cannon who trained at the College of Health and Beauty in Cardiff. Initially the business was a mobile service and this was extremely successful in building up a client base. It was the clients that suggested we open a salon which we did right here in Usk
